Those clients who are individuals and with whom we have made a contract electronically may be entitled to use an EU online dispute resolution service to assist with any contractual disputes they may have with us. This service can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 will apply to any work we agree to undertake for clients who are individuals and with whom we do not meet or we meet premises other than 12 Knole, Park, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4BS. Such clients will have the right to cancel their instructions to us within 14 days of receiving our business terms.
