Sponsorship

If you are thinking of entering into any sponsorship deals we have a long track record of dealing with high profile multi-year sponsorship programmes. Sponsorship requires special handling as your brand or company will be publicly associated with an event, series or team over which you have little control. It is essential you get the correct commercial framework in place to avoid problems down the line – using your standard contract terms will not give you the protection you need. If something goes wrong it will typically be played out in public and so you need to be confident that if situations turn sour you can exit in the most graceful way.

Examples of the types of sponsorship deals we have been involved with are:

  • Formula 1 team sponsorship
  • Major film awards
  • Prestigious literary award
